Cerney is right on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire border. In fact, the village
itself is in Gloucestershire but views of South Cerney can be enjoyed from
Hot Air Balloons flying over Wiltshire as well - so we cheated and included
this attractive little place in both categories ! Located just off the main
A419 dual carriageway, South Cerney is between Cirencester to the north,
and Cricklade to the south. More importantly, South Cerney itself is the
location of the Cotswold Water Park - great fun ! Enjoy the water park,
but also book a hot air balloon flight and see it (or somewhere else in
this area) from the sky. Directions of travel depend on the wind so routes
cannot usually be guaranteed in advance.
Passengers can choose the location of their flight after
purchasing a voucher accepted for flights all over the UK. Prices depend on
number of passengers - more passengers cost less per person.
