Merseyside
is a densely populated coastal county, lots
of people, spirit, humour, lots to see -
from land and air.
Toxteth
is an urban area just a mile or so south
of Liverpool city centre. The Toxteth area
is just south of the two Liverpool cathedrals
and close to the dock complexes. It is on
the north side of the River Mersey (opposite
to Rock Ferry on the south side of the River
Mersey - on the Wirral penisular). Toxteth
is easy to access via Liverpool city centre
(by road or rail) or via John Lennon Airport
at Speke, a few miles further south.
Toxteth is close to Dingle, Mossley Hill,
Edge Hill, Wavertree and Aigburth.
