further inspiration.
The
town of Rye is located to the far east of
East Sussex and due to lying along the A259,
provides a convenient route to and from
the more southerly towns of Winchelsea
(just over 2 miles southwest) and Hastings
(just over 8 miles southwest). A few of
Rye’s main attractions are the Rye
Town Model – giving an insight into
700 years of the town’s history, as
well as the Rye Heritage Centre, which gives
an Exhibition of Old Pier Work. Another
day out can be found by visiting the Rye
Harbour Nature Reserve.
Passengers with vouchers
from Experience Day companies can, in many
cases, choose the location of their flight
