Rosehill is situated along the A26 which enables convenient travel to Lewes, just less than 4 miles away in a southwesterly direction. The nearest surrounding areas are Little Horsted, about 1½ miles northeast on the A26, Isfield, less than 2 miles northeast along the A26 and Barcombe Cross to the west. For an interesting day out, a few miles east is the Bentley Wildfowl and Motor Museum. To the northwest, near Isfield is the Lavender Line Steam Railway, which is situated near the River Ouse.
