The town of Portslade-by-Sea can be found on the western edge of East Sussex, on the south coast of England. With the A259 running through, there is quick access to the surrounding areas including Southwick, which is just north of the town, Shoreham-by-Sea a few miles west and the city of Brighton and Hove just a few miles to the east. Portslade-by-Sea has its own harbour for small boats and water sports. Other smaller surrounding areas include Portslade to the north and Kingston-by-Sea to the west.
