Polegate, East Sussex

On the B2191, near the A27 lies the town of Polegate. It is situated roughly 3 miles directly south of Hailsham, linked by the B2191, A27 and the A295. Just south of Polegate, along the A27 is Folkington. 1½ miles south along the A2270 leads to the Filching Manor Motor Museum in Willingdon. Also nearby is the English Wine Centre as well as Drusillas Zoo Park in Alfriston, a few miles southwest of Polegate. Just less than 3 miles north of Polegate is Michelham Priory and Gardens – a Tudor mansion with a psychic garden.
