situated where the wide River Exe joins
the sea. It has a lively town centre with

is only 10 miles south east of Exeter and
from the A376 is less than 8 miles south
of the M5 Motorway.
The Exmouth Local Nature Reserve covers
a vast area of tidal changing sand and mud
banks whilst the surrounding and contrasting
area of the ’Weasel Run’ is a thriving place
for flora and fauna. The 2 mile sandy beach
is a favourite place for children and adults.
