The town of Indian Queens is situated close to the junction of the A30, A39 (St. Columb Major), B3279 (St. Austell) and the A392 (Newquay). It is to the north-west of an area of several quarries and extensive farmland. To the north east is a national nature reserve and there is an Owl Sanctuary, Springfields Fun Park, and Pony Centre to the north. Gaverigan Manor is east of Indian Queens.
Indian Queens can be reached by rail to the station at Travarron along the Newquay to St.Austell line.
