Windsor is one of the most historically significant sites in Berkshire. It is also world-famous as the location of Windsor Castle, one of the homes of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Windsor Castle is also open to the public at certain times. We are not sure if there are any regulations restricting the flight of Hot Air Balloons over Windsor Castle. It's bound to be a fantastic view, if not close-up then as close as one can fly !
